This was a pre-demolition house that we renovated to suit the needs of the blocking of the script and time jumps. We spent 6 month finding the right location that would work across years, 1805, 1995, 2023 and 2035. See last photos of existing house.  We started with a blank slate of white walls and small rooms. We knocked out one wall to create an open plan space between 'bar' room and  l'ounge'.  Added in sky lights so talent was top lit, Windows and lamps were used as key light for most scenes.  Our AD Vikki Blinks scheduled the shoot around our time jumps. We started off with 1995, then had two days to destroy it jumping forward to 2022. Last week of shooting we had a day to dress 2035 and 1805 in seperate rooms.

Needless to say we had one hell of a wrap party when we wrapped. 

Pretty sure the house is still standing... with all our dressings. Ha! (St Albans)
